We advise on transactions involving the use of documentary credits, and other instruments for the facilitation and finance of international trade performance bonds/guarantees and stand-by letters of credits (UCP 500). We also advise on, negotiate and document trade finance projects and security structures.

We advise on contracts for the international sale of goods, commodity swaps futures contracts and forwarding financing agreements. Our services in this area also include the negotiation, drafting of sale and purchase contracts, distribution agreements, and transportation agreements.

We advise on e-commerce matters and opportunities. These include e-contracts, problems and disputes including e-trading, the BOLERO system, e-commerce and maritime fraud especially as they relate to the authentication of electronic signatures.
